I lost interest halfway through. Sorry I'm such a lazy bum.
This is Tetis, a MoTD from Sailor Moon. Remember her? She had a big crush on Jadeite. This outfit was on screen for maybe... 15 seconds? That's way too fast, Tetis! She had about four different costumes in just one episode. That's more than Sailor Pluto, I think.
It was completely unintentional but somehow I made her look almost exactly like Abby from NCIS. It's kind of disconcerting, actually.
Anyway, this was a request on Tumblr because I felt like practicing digital painting. I may move it to scraps, but I really like how it looks. Maybe I'll finish it instead.
